The Program Coordinator is responsible for CASA for Kids office operations, including administrative duties and office procedures and provides general support to CASA for Kids volunteers and employees. This position is responsible for multiple office communication protocols, public relations, bookkeeping, and development support The Program Coordinator creates and maintains a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, confidentiality and safety.
The Case Supervisor provides professional staff support to CASA volunteer advocates ensuring that children involved with the CASA program receive sound advocacy and early permanency planning. This position supervises a case load of up to 30 volunteers and manages the coordination of CASA cases.
