CASA for Kids is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors responsible for creating structure, policies, and procedures that support transparency and financially responsible operations.
What is the role of a Board Member?
Regularly attend board meetings and participate in at least two committees, cultivate financial support for the program, represent the agency at community events, provide recommendations for new board members, and participate in the overall administration of the organization.
How often does the board meet?
The first Tuesday of each month at noon in the Commissioners Meeting Room within the Payne County Administration Building. 2016/2017 board meeting schedule (pdf)
